The Law and Policy of Sustainable Development Research Center is one of the first Non – Governmental Organizations in law and policy research in Vietnam, implementing scientific activities in Sustainable Development to ensure economic growth, social development, and environmental protection in an inclusive, equitable and secure manner; granted the Certificate of Registration for Scientific and Technological Activities No. 171/DK- KH&CN by Hanoi Department of Science and Technology.
The LPSD assembles highly qualified scientists, specialists, who interest and concentrate on sustainable development in Economics, Social, Environmental science, laws, policy, institution and human rights. There are more than 10 permanent researchers, who hold Master degree and license of lawyer practicing and 2 liaison staffs. They are young and enthusiastic for careers. Besides, the LPSD have a wide range of collaborators and force of consultant experts who are leading national and international professors and doctors in law sectors and interested in sustainable development.

The LPSD aims at promoting sustainable development of the country through law and policy research and services activities and also contribute to sustainable development of the world through international cooperation
