4th Training of Trainer in Saigon: Community Communication about Sustainable Energy

With a view to strengthening knowledge about renewable energy and how to use energy efficiently for social organizations and local organizations, from 27th to 28th of July 2020, GreenID organized a training course for trainees about Sustainable Energy.

The 4th training of course was launched for 2 days with the exciting participation of 12 trainers selected from the previous training sessions and communication training experts of GreenID such as Mr. Cao Van Ha - Program Director, Ms. Vu Thi Bich Dao - Coordinator of E-Enhance project, Ms. Pham Ngoc Nhan - Project Manager of Mekong Delta Region and Ngu Thi Giang - Chief Financial Officer.

Through the discussions, community trainers had the opportunity to share the advantages and disadvantages as well as their experiences which they had gained from their communication activities after the 3rd training course. From that, they suggested many interesting for upcoming activities.

The training also updated the status of 2 programs that GreenID is currently participating in. They are “Green School” and “Million Green Homes”. Up to now, the "Million Green Homes" project has had many positive changes, in detail: solar power projects reached higher goals and completed 5 days earlier than planned, wind power projects continued to expand and reached higher target than in the initial.

In particular, participating in the training course, trainees also have the chance to visit and learn about the new solar technology of Solar BK company. With their spirit of active and intense learning and enthusiastic sharing of Solar BK experts,12 outstanding trainers must have mastered the new solar technology operation and how to deal with common problems when applying it.

The last day of the course is the time for participants to look back to evaluate the effectiveness of the activities that had been done on the past 2 days as well as set goals and plans for the upcoming year. The path ahead still has many difficulties. However, with the willingness to support of GreenID, as well as their hard-working, enthusiastic attitude to the work, the community trainers will surely fulfill their mission - bring green energy all regions of our country.
