On the morning of January 26, 2019, the Clean Air store opened again, welcoming more than 1,000 people attending the Tet Fair BVIS - 36 Street Ward in Spring. It was held at the British Vietnam International Secondary School to recreate a spring space filled with Vietnamese culture, music, vibrant traditional folk, a games corner and "Tet gifts" exhibition booths sending a message about sustainable and green lifestyles. Participating in the event, the Clean Air Store is one of activities within the framework of the Green School program, attracting 200 direct attendees including students, teachers and parents.

At this year's festival, the Clean Air Store introduced an exhibition of solutions for health protection against atmospheric pollution. Through this event, GreenID aimed to raise awareness of health protection, air pollution reduction and energy efficiency, among students as well as school officials and teachers.

As jubilant music played, excitedly celebrating the new Spring, many students, parents and interested people sat together to participate in the game "Rescue Clean Air". The children read game cards and debated to find the right answers as parents patiently explained to them about solutions to protect their health against air pollution. All created an open, warm and affectionate space in which children, teachers and parents were immersed in games and puzzles to “shop” the clean air home. At the end of the game, the smiling participants excitedly received the PM 2.5 dust masks and the ‘clean air lucky money’,  given with wishes for a new year filled with good health and fresh air for all of us.

In the era of technological boom, festivals with traditional values such as 36 Street Ward in Spring not only open a playing space and connect parents and schools with children, but can be highly educational, reminding children to foster a traditional, simple and sustainable green lifestyle. We believe a green environment and clean atmosphere can be awakened and cultivated by our future generations.

Investing in education is one of the approaches that GreenID chooses to promote and enhance community participation in reducing air pollution and promoting health protection. Learning through games with vivid visual images is a method that GreenID uses to convey knowledge about energy, environment and clean air, to the children. Throughout the chain of activities in the Green School program, the students are the main implementers, actively participating in the process of acquiring knowledge and applying renewable energy to life, while teachers and parents are only connecters and supporters.

In 2019, the Clean Air Store and series of Green School activities will continue to accompany the students of BVIS and other schools in the Hanoi area. Accompanying us to bring "Clean Air - Green Gift" to family health, are you ready?
