Improve knowledge for the core group of the Green School program in Quang Tri Province

On November 28, at Hai Que Secondary School, Quang Tri, GreenID organized a training course for teachers of 3 primary and secondary schools on a training program with topics on Energy, Air Pollution, Waste, and Water.

Nearly 20 teachers from 3 schools: Hai Que High & Secondary School, Dong Giang High, and Vo Thi Sau High School participated in the training session.

Mr. Le Quang Dao - GreenID's master trainer introduced teachers to the Green Citizen School model about its objectives, main contents and implementation method.

Mr. Dao introduced 2 books of Green Citizen School to teachers

During the training session, Mr. Dao has shared with 20 teachers general information about air and energy pollution and then guided them to design the lesson. For each topic, teachers directly designed sample lessons and presented them to members participating in the training.

Communication is also an important and indispensable content in the Green Citizen School program. Therefore, the communication content was also emphasized in Dao's lecture. After the discussion, the teachers have developed a communication plan for the Green Star Club and the students of the school where they are teaching.

At the end of the training session, the teachers were all very excited with the knowledge they received and wanted to convey them to the students. Thereby, with the opportunity to participate in the Green Citizen School program, the teachers also hope to create a green lifestyle, towards positive changes and protect the environment for the students in the school. as well as at home.
