On April 4^th 2018, Cobenefits project’s researchers organized a working meeting, together with representative from different research institutes, consultants from development projects to discuss about the topic of “Climate-Energy Roadmaps for Vietnam”.

The team shared different ideas and suggestions on selecting appropriate official Climate and Energy Roadmaps in Vietnam as basis for assessing Co-benefits of renewable energy (RE) and climate policy in Vietnam and connecting selected climate / energy roadmaps with high-ambitious pathways of RE and GHG emission reduction in Vietnam.

At the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan from Institute of Energy presented about his proposal for cobenefits study and about IE prior works on local energy access and value creation.
